Matt Keiper has been with Dynamic Talent since 2019 after spending a few years working independently as a booking agent. He has also worked as a promoter and tour manager. He developed his passion for the music industry in high school when he started promoting local punk shows in Western Pennsylvania. His background working with DIY bands has shaped his unique approach and philosophy towards artists and promoters alike. His ability to find unique talent has shaped his career as both a booking agent and, in the past, a promoter.

Matt works with artists across a wide range of genres. He currently resides in Florida with his fiance, stepdaughter, and 4 dogs and spends his weekends playing hockey. He is an avid traveler and enjoys sports, hiking, and spending time with his family.
